Care Assistants

As a Care Assistant at Kathleen’s Lodge Care Home, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centered care to our residents. Your role is essential in promoting their well-being, independence, and quality of life in a warm, homely environment.

Caretakers

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Caretaker to help us maintain a safe and well-functioning environment for residents, staff, and visitors. You will be responsible for ensuring that our home and its grounds are well-maintained, clean, and compliant with health and safety standards.

Administrators

The Care Home Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the care home’s administrative functions. You will provide high-quality support to the care home manager, staff, residents, and their families by maintaining accurate records, managing financial processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Cooks

We are always looking for an experienced and passionate Cook to join our team and take responsibility for preparing and delivering high-quality meals tailored to the nutritional needs and preferences of our residents.

You will play a vital role in maintaining the health and well-being of our residents by providing balanced, varied, and tasty meals while ensuring compliance with all food safety regulations.

House Keepers

Kathleen’s Lodge is a warm and welcoming care home dedicated to providing exceptional care in a comfortable, homely environment. Our residents deserve the very best, and our housekeeping team plays a vital role in creating a clean, safe, and pleasant living space that they can truly call home.

Laundry Assistants

At Kathleen’s Lodge, we pride ourselves on creating a safe, welcoming, and homely environment for our residents. Our dedicated team works tirelessly to provide outstanding care, and our Laundry Assistants play a crucial role in ensuring residents feel comfortable and well-cared for by maintaining clean and fresh clothing, bedding, and linens.

Additional Information:

These roles require flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as part of a rota.
The role is subject to an enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
